Biografia


• A banda:

Os vocalistas Chester Bennington e Mike Shinoda, o guitarrista Brad Delson, o DJ Joseph Hahn, o baterista Rob Bourdon e o baixista Phoenix.

• A Trajetória:

A banda começou não muito diferente das demais, dois amigos (Mike e Brad) com ideías loucas e um pensamento em fazer música do seu jeito. E logo após entrarem na faculdade mais dois amigos (Mark Wakefield e Phoenix) se juntaram criando a banda Xero (Super Xero). Sempre convidados para fazer atrações em público, a banda começa a enviar fitas demo para as gravadoras, sem compromisso, pois tratava-se de um hobby.

Grandes canções surgiram, como por ejemplo: “Esaul”, posteriormente chamada de “A place for my head” e “By myself.

Cada um dos integrantes possuia um estilo diferente, Joe Hahn era um rapaz alucinado por música eletrônica, mas no final misturavam tudo e originava um som de alta qualidade.

O tempo se passa, adolescentes amadurecem e a banda resolve investir na careira, surge o Hybrid Theory. E com o passar do tempo Chester ouve um fita demo da banda, e como a banda estava desfalcada com a saída de dois integrantes para concluirema faculdade, Chester Benington pasa a ser o novo vocalista. Após mais um período a Warner decide gravar o tão esperado cd, porém surge um problema com o nome, ele t~em que ser trocado.

Enfim, surge o Linkin Park, sugerido por Chester.
